Distilled like their other eau de vies from 100% fruit with zero additives, artificial flavorings or sweeteners, the mangoes are sourced from Mexico at peak ripeness during the January-February season. There are stunning heady fireworks in the aromas and flavors. The palate is focused, dry and elegant with a perfect balance of alcohol, rich, fleshy texture and mouth-watering finish. The flavors take mango to another dimension making this surprisingly versatile whether sipped chilled neat or used in mixed drinks.
