Hedge Maze Cocktail Recipe

Stoa in SF has been getting a ton of (well deserved!) press after being named one of the top 5 new cocktail bars in the US.

And we love the Hedge Maze cocktail recipe that was just featured in Punch Drinks!

Everything at Stoa is made from four ingredients or less, and most are served without garnishes. As owner Yanni Kehagiaras explains, he focuses “on micro quantities of potent spirits and liqueurs to make loud impact.”

This one features St George Terroir Gin, blanc vermouth, and Green Chartreuse. That last one is in short supply these days, so we're going to try ours with Brucato's Chapparal liqueur. It isn't quite as potent as Green Chartreuse, so we'll do a slightly larger pour.

• 1 1/2 ounces gin, preferably St. George Spirits Terroir Gin
• 1/2 ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Dolin
• 1/4 ounce green Chartreuse (or 1/2 oz Brucato Chapparal)
