Aged 24 month in BTAC Sazerac Rye Barrels. While each part of tequila production plays a major role, no part is as vital as the barrels. They imbue the tequila with kisses of rough rye and sweet bourbon. The Expresiones line is made using the best barrels from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection‚ Old Rip Van Winkle, and Buffalo Trace, each providing its own flavor and unique characteristics. They were then stored in the first row at Casa San Matias aging facility, ensuring the ideal level of air flow to aid in the aging process.
