For this unusual Rye, Chicago based Few spirits takes their grain-to-glass, cask strength straight rye whiskey and bring it to proof using cold extracted 8 Immortals oolong tea. The result is a strangely complex sip, with notes of peach, honey, exotic dragon fruit, brown sugar, black pepper, and an earthy finish that lets the tea influence shine through. Bottled at 46.5% abv.
