After several appearances on the show, Ed agreed to work with Spike (from YouTube's Breezeway Cocktail Hour) and his audience to blend a rum that would add another dimension to daiquiris, long drinks and the home bar. Blending his Jamaican Pot Still Blonde and White Stache, at 42.5% ABV the Breezeway Blend has a slight straw color and notes of ripe banana and tropical fruit on the palate leading to a clean smooth finish, the signature of Hamilton rums.

1 peeled banana
1+1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup ice
Hamilton Breezeway Blend Rum to taste (my vary)
Blend and off to work. Sadly, day may only deteriorate from here.

Ryan C. Hints of banana such a delicious blend of aged rum, my wife and I both prefer this run over just White ‘Stache. I know these are two different categories of rum, White ‘Stache is probably the best white rum for a standard daiquiri but I’ll be keeping the Breezeway Blend stocked in my home bar from here on out!
